Shipping policy


Dispatch & Delivery

  • Express Orders: We aim to dispatch within 5 working days of purchase.
  • Domestic delivery typically takes around 2 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier performance.
  • Possible Delays: Delivery times may extend due to festive seasons, adverse weather, customs clearance, or courier disruptions outside our control. In rare cases, orders may ship from our international stock location (China) to speed up fulfilment.
  • Uncollected Deliveries: If a shipment is rejected or not collected from a courier facility, no refund will be provided.
  • Transit Damage: We use trusted couriers (e.g. DHL) and protective packaging. While we are not liable for courier mishandling, we will assist you promptly in resolving issues. To date, we have had zero incidents of damage.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed faulty/defective by Aqua Leak Detection, in which case we will cover return postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (where applicable) may be deducted.
