Dispatch and Delivery Policy for Express delivery Orders:

At Aqua Leak Detection, we prioritise the timely dispatch of all Express orders, aiming to ship within 5 working days from the order date. We strive to fulfil your order promptly to ensure a swift delivery process. However, it's important to note that unforeseen circumstances or external factors may occasionally lead to delays. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to resolve any issues promptly. We remain committed to providing transparent and efficient service to all our valued customers.

On average, domestic delivery for Express orders typically takes 2 working days after dispatch. However, it's important to note that various factors, including geographic location and unforeseen circumstances, may occasionally extend this timeframe. While we strive for efficiency and aim to provide a quick delivery experience, we appreciate your understanding that delivery times can vary. 

Please be aware that courier companies may encounter occasional delays due to factors beyond our control. Instances such as festive seasons, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen disruptions may impact the regular delivery schedule. While we make every effort to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, these external factors may influence the overall delivery timeframe. In very rare cases, orders may be dispatched from our international stock location in China. This stock location helps ensure faster fulfilment for customers in some parts of Australia and across different countries. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in such situations. 

Please note that while we take great care in packaging and use trusted couriers such as DHL, Aqua Leak Detection is not liable for any damage that may occur during transit. That said, we are always here to support our customers and will assist promptly in resolving any such issues. To date, we have had zero incidents of damage, thanks to our solid packaging standards and extra protective measures to withstand potential mishandling.

(Unless your item is declared faulty/defective, then Aqua Leak Detection bears this cost).
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
